Enough internet
A short note on why this site exists, what I write here, and what I refuse to optimize for.
This site used to be a résumé with better lighting. It is still that, a little. It is also a place to put words that do not fit in a pull request description or a LinkedIn post.
I write software for a living. I also raise five kids, preach sometimes, lose golf balls with great promise, and maintain a short list of unnecessary opinions. The writing here will sound like that: specific when it can be, dry when it should be, and finished when the point has landed.
What you will find
Notes on shipping small products. The boring administrative half of software that actually helps someone. The occasional sermon-shaped thought that is not a sermon. Maybe a book. Definitely not a content calendar.
What you will not find
A growth funnel. A newsletter popup. Ten ways I 10x'd my morning routine. Engagement bait dressed up as vulnerability. If a post needs a CTA to justify itself, it was never a post.
How this works
Posts live as markdown files in the repo. They get built into plain HTML with the usual SEO tags, an RSS feed, and a sitemap entry. No CMS. No dashboard. If I cannot open a text file and write, I am not writing.
